Calle de Hortaleza, 63, Madrid, Spain, 28004
Historic building renovated in 2013. Architect: Gonzalo Moure

- open to the garden

- use of "honest" materials (glass, steel, concrete, wood)

- contrast of geometric forms and volumes

- combination of historical significance and edgy modern architecture

- homage to Hispanic culture and architectural heritage.

Imagination is a keystone of creativity.
As a stone thrown into the water creates ripples, The imagination initiates an art process.

Functional spaces are organized on diagonal line opening them to the garden view.

"Imaginarium" lifted above the ground and lighted from top and bottom creates a focal point.

Library space is secluded in the back side providing calm, less disruptive environment with a good natural light source.
